Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Balancy, a financial control service for freelancers and micro-businesses.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your workspace. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, that sign-in is also subject to the provider’s terms and our Privacy notice.
Balancy processes personal and company data to provide the service. We store it securely and do not sell it to third parties. You may request export or deletion of your data, subject to legal retention duties.
Bookkeeping features (including time logs, revenue drafts, and downloadable work reports) support your records and workflow only. Balancy is not a legal invoicing or e-invoicing system (including a Spanish Sistema Informático de Facturación). Files Balancy generates, such as watermarked work reports, are not tax invoices and must not be presented as fiscal invoices. Tax and profit estimates are planning aids only; they do not replace calculations or advice from your gestor or accountant and are not a filing with the tax authority. You are solely responsible for issuing legally valid invoices to your customers with certified software, your accountant, or another compliant solution, and for meeting tax duties in your jurisdiction.
Paid plans, seat limits, and billing cycles are shown in the product. Fees are charged in advance for the selected period. Unused seats are not refunded except where required by law.
Solo is 29 EUR per quarter or 99 EUR per year. Studio is 75 EUR per quarter or 270 EUR per year. These prices exclude VAT. A paid period is not refunded. Renewal can be stopped and access continues until the period ends. Requesting an invoice does not extend that date. Extra employees are 5 EUR per month for the months left in the period and are added after that invoice is paid. There is no online payment in this release. When a company is locked, only the owner can open it, read-only, and Support stays available.
The service is provided as-is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We may update these terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree, you may close your account.
